 Visitors & Background Checks

Carmel Clay Schools requires all visitors to check in using our visitor management system. Visitors must scan their driver’s license or state ID for a record check and wear a badge while in the school.

If your visit involves volunteering or interacting with students, you must complete a background check. Parents and guardians planning to volunteer in the future are encouraged to complete this process now to be prepared. Background checks are valid for three years, and individuals will be notified when it's time to renew.
