Did you know you're already a member of the pto?

PTO membership is FREE and AUTOMATIC to parents/guardians of students at West Clay Elementary. Our PTO’s mission is to advocate for our children and provide outstanding programs that empower our community, but we need your help! We work closely with teachers and staff to develop and fund experiences that support, strengthen, and enhance the education of WCE students. Plus, we throw some fun events for the entire school community.

Supporting the PTO means you are supporting students and ensuring they have important enrichment opportunities. We welcome all parents and guardians to participate in any way they are able and offer flexible ways to support the PTO and school. Choose the way that works best for you.

Through this site we will be collecting information for an optional* homeroom/parent directory. This information will be used by room parents to share classroom, PTO, and school information as well as provide a full parent directory list to those who have provided their information.

*Please note: There will be no other way for you to receive classroom or parent contact information unless you opt-in to this directory. The district does NOT provide a school directory.

Attend General PTO Meetings

All parents and staff members are welcome to attend our General PTO Meetings--held four times per school year. Light refreshments will be served. Come stay informed about school activities and help make the year great! Meetings are a great way to stay updated on all things happening at WCE directly from the principal, teachers, district reps, board members, committee chairs, and special guests.

Join a Committee

There are separate committees that plan and support many of the community-building and fundraising events we hold throughout the year. Learn more about committee and chair positions available.

Volunteer

Volunteer opportunities are available frequently throughout the year. Everything from a one-time shift to regular involvement, we have flexible opportunities to fit any schedule. Ensure you fill out the opportunities form to indicate your interest!

The PTO does not exist without your involvement. Thank you for your support, time, and generosity!
