There are just 3 easy steps to register and join the PTO online!

Those RETURNING to Membership Toolkit see the second set of instructions.

 

  1. Create a Membership Toolkit Account

  2. Fill out your Family Information & Directory and Publishing Preferences

  3. Fill out the Volunteer Interests Form

    DONE!

 

Step 1: Create a Membership Toolkit Account

Step 1 creates the account that give you access to all things PTO.  This platform will be used by room parents to share classroom, PTO and school information as well as provide a full parent directory list to those who have provided their information. On this form we are also collecting your child's shirt size information to provide a free grade level shirt for each student to wear at school events throughout the year.

 

 

Step 2: Family Information & Publishing Preferences

Step 2 is where you enter your contact information and your student(s)'s names, grades and teachers.  This gets you in our email database for all those important communications.  Then you choose whether or not you want your information to be published in the directory (or which information, i.e., just your email not your phone number and address). 

 

 

Step 3: Volunteer Interests Form

Step 3 is where you tell us how you are interested in helping our school.  There are a lot of options for volunteering at school, from home or at certain events.  You can indicate interest in one (or as many as you like) and this will add you to that specific volunteer list to be contacted throughout the school year by a committee chair, faculty or staff.  You can choose to volunteer for different opportunities within these buckets for as little or as much as you are able.  Any and all help is very much appreciated!  PLEASE CHECK ALL THAT APPLY.  You can always be removed from a list if needed.

 


Those returning to Membership Toolkit - Welcome Back!

  1. Click on the Register/Login button.

  2. In the “Returning User?” column, enter the same email and password used for your 2023–2024 membership log in.

  3. A blue "Notice" box will appear at the top of the page with a link to update your Contact Information. If there is no blue box, click on the Store link on the top menu bar to update your Contact Information.

  4. Update the Parent/Family and Student Information.

  5. Update the Directory/Publish Preferences.

  6. Fill out your Volunteer Interest Form.
